The MACK MP8 (Euro 3) is a 13 liter (800 CID) engine with electronic unit injectors and an exhaust pressure governor (EPG) for engine braking. The optional PowerLeash engine compression brake is available in combination with the EPG for increased engine braking performance. The engine conforms to Euro 3 emission requirements. This manual covers in-chassis service and out-of-chassis overhaul procedures.
