How does this work?

Our website will grant you instant access to download the manual you purchased via an email link when you complete checkout. We do not ship any hard copies.

Where do I download the manual after checkout?

After receiving payment, an email with a link to download your manual will be sent to you within a few minutes.

You can also access the download from your Account Page if you elected to create an account at checkout, using the credentials provided in your New Account email.

How long do I have to download the manual I purchased?

You will have up to 90 days to download the manual with a limited number of download attempts. Please be sure to save the manual to your computer for permanent viewing in this time. The manual itself will never expire. If you have trouble downloading a manual, please contact us.

I have not received an email, what next?

If your order confirmation email has not been delivered within 5-10 minutes, please check your junk/spam/promotions folder. Another possibility is the email address entered at checking being incorrect or containing a typo. Please contact us with any relevant order information (name, email address used at checkout) and we will gladly assist you.

How do I view the manual I purchased?

Clicking the download link on your order confirmation page or email should prompt you for a location to save the file on your computer. If it is does not, the file may have automatically downloaded to your default downloads folder.

Most manuals are in PDF format. We recommend Adobe Reader (free) as a PDF viewer. Be sure to save the file to your computer/tablet for permanent viewing.

How do I open a zip file?

Some manuals contain multiple files compressed into a zip file. The zip file will need to be extracted before you can view the contents. This functionality is generally built into computers but a separate app may be needed for phone/tablet devices. Instructions can be found below.

I received a “Sorry, you have reached your download limit for this file” or “File Not Found” error. Help!

Which payment methods do you accept? Is your website safe?

We accept secure credit card payments (Stripe) and PayPal. Our checkout system uses encryption conforming to industry security standards to safely transmit your payment information to the payment processor. Your sensitive payment information is never stored on our systems.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of the products we sell, all sales are final and non-refundable.
